When we feel good, we do good. PB&J includes yoga, mindful movement, energy healing, and JOYful card readings, that help every day humans live with more magic, less habit. No pretzel poses here. No perfection here.

Postures.

If you need inspiration to get movement into your life, join me for Very Gentle or Level 1 yoga. Live zoom classes each week or book private Zoom or FaceTime sessions where the focus is all on YOU.

Gentle Yoga:  yoga for those times you want to slow WAY down. Gentle stretching and movement with a splash of restorative.  This is a work-in not a workout class;) No down dogs or planks to be seen.

Level 1 yoga: some yoga experience helpful.  This is an active class with plenty of permission to rest whenever you’d like.

Strength training for the non-athlete/non-gym person. You can get stronger AND enjoy doing it. Strength training for everyday humans. It doesn’t have to hurt to work. As we gain years of life, it’s so important to STAY flexible AND GAIN strength.

Breath.

Learn about meditation and breath with a friendly, accessible approach. No ice baths required (although that is a personal goal in 2023.) Develop breath strategies for calm, for energy, for surviving and thriving every day in this busy life. Meditation is a BIG deal. And it doesn’t have to be you in lotus pose, silent for 12 days. I’ve got years of meditation experience to share. Approachable, enjoyable, manageable meditation skills to help you get more grounded, centered, and PRESENT. Because in the present, in the NOW, is where the magic happens.

Joy.

Get to know or remember joy in your body, mind, and soul. The more esoteric side of the practice of yoga includes energy work. Reiki & Rest Sessions and JOYful Oracle Card Readings, and PB&J Sessions.

Reiki is an energetic healing technique I’ve been practicing since 2012. I’m a Level II practitioner, including distance reiki. Reiki & Rest Sessions are 30-minute sessions where you rest and receive reiki. Via Zoom. Easy Peasy. So profound. It’s like a day at the spa in 30 minutes or less.

JOYful Oracle Card Readings are an absolutely fabulous tool for gaining insight, inspiration and/or just inviting some magic into your life. These intuitive, delightful readings are done via email. Easy, peasy. Just need a message or something to focus on? A reading might be just right for you.

PB&J Sessions include a little playful, purposeful movement, a gratitude practice, JOYful card reading, and more. They are done via Zoom or in person. They are DELIGHTFUL for an individual or small group session. Great for birthday parties or to make any day extra special.
